To produce profile within the desired dimensions and tolerances and to acquire excellent surface, appropriate mold design for profile and production is the first and most important step. In our company our technical office uses the latest 3D design and CAD / CAM software (SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCAD). Modern CNC vertical machining centre, where we realize the most delicate operations, in addition to, wireerosion machine and lathe leveling machines, and standard profiles, special purpose mold design and manufacture is carried out by using the latest technology, considering the most precise tolerances and surface quality. Approximately 1250 units of mold manufacturing is carried out in a year.
